How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are dispatched the next working day. Large order volumes may take up to 5 working days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK: 2–4 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• USA/Canada: 7–14 working days
• Rest of world: varies by location

Wholesale and school orders are printed after payment using Books printing UK. Once the books arrive with me, I will package and ship them to your organisation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International postage and packaging costs will be applied at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.

What happens if my book arrives damaged?

I pack all orders carefully using protective packaging to prevent damage.
If your book arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with:

• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the packaging and the book
• your order number

I will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

For wholesale and school orders:
I will contact Books printing UK to request a replacement. If they provide a free replacement, I will forward it to you at no extra cost. If a free replacement is not offered, I will let you know the cost of reprinting and shipping so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

Do you accept reviews?

Yes. Reviews are welcome.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items.
For all other returns, please see the Returns Policy page.

How do pre‑orders work?

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as stock is printed and available.
