Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please email us at info@dragonlightauthor.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items must be in their original condition (unused and undamaged). Returns that arrive damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service so the parcel reaches us safely.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
